Welcome to Embellish Nail and Spa, the premier nail salon in Gilbert, AZ. We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service, professionalism, and a serene experience. Please take a moment to review our Terms of Service before booking or receiving services from our salon.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone at (480)-981-4877, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and technician.

Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened services or rescheduling, depending on availability.

2. Payments

Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and gift certificates issued by Embellish Nail and Spa.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on the complexity of the service or design requested.

3. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service:

Please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

We do not offer monetary refunds, but we are happy to provide complimentary corrections or adjustments.

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final on products and services once rendered.

4. Health & Safety

We adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

All tools are sterilized between clients.

If you have any contagious conditions or open wounds, please reschedule your appointment for the health and safety of all clients and staff.

Clients under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for services.

5. Personal Belongings

Please keep your valuables with you during your visit. Embellish Nail and Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid only at Embellish Nail and Spa.

They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please treat your gift card like cash—we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Embellish Nail and Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:

Harassment of staff or other clients

Intoxication or drug use

Failure to follow salon policies
